This project is located on Lycoming Creek Road in Williamsport Pa. The project began with the demo of the existing building. Removal of the existing asphalt, trees, light pole bases, and topsoil was also done. After the building demo, the building and parking subgrade needed was brought back up with an acceptable 2A material. We constructed a large underground storm water retention basin and installed the storm chambers in the parking. This storm water basin included inlet structures, the piping, roof drain, and tying into the existing storm water structures. Gas, water, electric, and sanitary utilities were all installed including a grease trap and water meter pit. Site light and ordering sign trenching throughout the project was also needed. Paving and concrete prep was performed and paving then took place to finish the project.
